possible. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations
and
refunds for purchases made through our mobile app.
1. General Policy
All purchases made through MannIT App wold are final and non-refundable, except as
outlined in this policy or as required by law. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
2. Cancellation
2.1 Subscription Services:* If you have
purchased a subscription service, you can
cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the App or through the app store
where you made the purchase (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Cancellations will take effect
at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the subscription service
until the end of the current billing period, after which your access will be terminated. No prorated
refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the current billing period.
2.2 One-Time Purchases:* For one-time
purchases, cancellations are not applicable once the purchase has been completed.
3. Refunds
2.1 Subscription Services:*
Refunds for subscription services are generally not provided. However, we may
grant refunds in certain circumstances at our sole discretion, such as in cases of accidental purchases,
technical issues, or if the content or service is found to be materially different from what was
advertised. To request a refund, please contact our support team at

45 days of the concern raised date, providing your account details and the reason for the refund
request.
2.2 One-Time Purchases:* Refunds for
one-time purchases are not provided, except as required by law or in cases where the purchase was made
due to an error on our part. To request a refund, please contact our support team at
[email protected] within 45 days of the concern raised date, providing your account details and the
reason for the refund request.
4. Processing Refunds
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method used at the
time of purchase. Please allow max of 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
